Founded by young Spanish couple Sergio and Ksenia, this specialty spot in the city center was born from their passion for great coffee and the growing appreciation for it in Valencia. They chose a unique location in a former pharmacy and gave it a fresh, minimalist design with a Scandinavian touch.
That style shines through in the beautiful tableware and the homemade treats you can order, think cinnamon and cardamom rolls. And of course, the coffee itself is absolutely delicious.

At this cozy spot in Ruzafa ánd the city center, the baristas prepare excellent coffee for you. Since the beans are roasted right at the back of the café, it doesn’t get any fresher than this! - Café con leche – One of the most common coffees in Spain, especially at breakfast. If you usually order a cappuccino, go for a café con leche instead (literally “coffee with milk”). It’s the Spanish version of a cappuccino. If you do order a cappuccino, you’ll often pay a bit more and it usually comes topped with cocoa powder.
- Café del tiempo – A refreshing coffee served with ice and a slice of lemon.
- Cortado – A smaller, stronger version of the café con leche.
- Café Americano (or café largo) – A simple black coffee without any fuss.
- Café solo – Perfect if you need a quick caffeine kick. Similar to an espresso.
- Café con hielo – Served with ice. Ideal for hot summer days!
- Café carajillo – A black coffee with a splash of brandy.
- Café bombón – A sweet specialty originally from Alicante. It’s a café solo with condensed milk, poured in a way that creates beautiful layers in the glass.
