When you go to an unknown city and your visit only takes a few days, you don’t want to waste time on bad places. You want all your activities to be succes! But what are the best restaurants, clubs or stores? Tours Valencia selected the best hotspots for you, to make sure you will have a great time. Below you can find our favorites, differing from cute bistros to trendy shops.

Marina Beach Club

Looking for the place to see and be seen in Valencia? Marina Beach Club is one of the city’s ultimate hotspots, located right on Las Arenas beach, near Valencia’s vibrant marina. Picture this: swaying palm trees, sparkling cocktails, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the golden sands and the sea. Sounds like paradise? It kind of is.

Want to spend the whole day relaxing on a luxe sunbed? You can and you can make a reservation! Prices vary depending on the season and range between €20 and €100. Part of that covers access to the pool (yes, that dreamy infinity pool!), while the rest can be spent on refreshing drinks or tasty bites from the menu.

Your day pass also includes a comfortable sunbed, a towel, pool access and entry to the trendy pool bar. For up to date prices and bookings, check out their website.

Hungry for more? Stay for a sunset dinner at the Marina Beach Club restaurant, an elegant yet relaxed dining spot that turns into something magical once the sun dips into the sea. And if you’re into nightlife, this is your place. Regular DJ sets and summer parties transform the beach club into a vibrant open-air dance floor under the stars.

L’Umbracle

L’Umbracle is one of the most famous open-air discos of Valencia and definitely a hotspot. While dancing in the late hours you can watch the sky full of stars. It’s a beautiful nightclub with lounge areas, purple lights, palm trees and a wonderful skeletal construction. The nightclub is part of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias’, and is only opened in the summer months from 00.00 to 7.00. Good to know is that the Spanish people start to party at about 2.00/3.00. Under this open-air disco you can find another disco named MYA. This nightclub is open all year and the open-air part from May till October.

But L’Umbracle is not only a nightclub. On the other side of the nightclub you can find a garden with flowers and trees. There are 99 palm trees, 78 mini palm trees and 62 orange trees. The story behind this garden is pretty funny, because L’Umbracle was actually meant to be a park for the people of Valencia. Plants over the skeletal construction should create shade for the hot summers. Unfortunately, the designers have not thought out idea. Because the summers here are so hot, the plants burned and didn’t get enough water. A shaded area was therefore never created.
