Learn to cook authentic paella in Valencia! Paella was born in Valencia—and there’s no better place to master this iconic dish than right here, with locals who’ve grown up with it. At Tours Valencia, we offer two distinctive Paella Cooking Classes that go far beyond recipes. With small-group settings, passionate hosts, and charming locations, each class is a personal invitation into the real Valencian lifestyle.

Option 1: Paella Cooking Class with Ruzafa Market visit
Why just taste paella when you can create it—guided by a friendly local in the vibrant heart of Ruzafa? This immersive, 3-hour class begins with a visit to a bustling neighborhood market, where you’ll choose fresh, seasonal ingredients while hearing stories from your guide that bring the city to life.
Back at our cozy kitchen studio, located just steps from Valencia’s most colorful streets, you’ll sip a local aperitif, enjoy some tapas, and dive into the rich tradition of cooking Paella Valenciana. The setting is relaxed and intimate—ideal for asking questions, making new connections, and experiencing Valencia like a local.
